A well-known renewable energy resource company in Bozeman, Montana, is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join their team. With a mission to improve both the communities we live in and the planet we depend on, this company is dedicated to advancing clean energy through the development, engineering, procurement, and construction of projects, focused on LED lighting, solar, and energy storage.
The HR Director will lead the HR department and drive initiatives to achieve company goals. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development.
Essential Functions and Duties: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment Oversee compensation with federal, state and local labor laws and HR policies Develop and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership growth Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational change and workforce planning Lead and mentor the HR team
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field 7 years of HR experience with 3 years in a leadership role MUST have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the construction industry Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement Results-driven strategic thinker with a tactical mindset
