· Talent Acquisition: Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent in the AEC industry.
· Employee Development: Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
· HR Metrics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to support organizational change and development initiatives.
