Director of IHWA Performance Volume
**Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first** Humana’s In-home Health & Well-being Assessments (IHWA) Program is a mature and successful program designed to provide our MA members with a full health assessment, close Stars gaps, educate members, and support follow-up of members’ unmanaged medical, behavioral, and SDOH needs. The department is organized to focus on the top priorities in our IHWA 5-year plan: Member Engagement, Volume Performance, Stars Support, Post-visit Follow-up, Program Value, and Vendor Operational Excellence. The IHWA Performance Director will report to the IHWA Program AVP and the Member Engagement and Volume Performance teams will report to this Director position. This is a new position created to deliver our highest priority 5-year goal, to increase our Program completion rate by 6% (a 25% increase). The success of this goal is highly dependent on our vendors’ ability to staff high-quality clinicians and engage members. The newly combined Performance team is responsible for: • Member engagement strategy • All member communications, approval, and implementation, including support of Stars and Follow-up initiatives • Setting annual Bid volume and completion rate goals • Delivery of target member lists • Tracking and driving vendor visit volumes and completion rates • Presentations to leadership on annual and 5-year plan and performance The teams have a plan for 2025, a challenge of this role will be to create and deliver a 5-year plan to increase completion rates by 6% by 2029. This position will work closely with their team, leader, & peers, our vendor partners, and Clinical Marketing & HTA Analytics. This Director will be successful if they deliver the above and: • Maintain our positive and collaborative relationship with our vendor partners • Engage other Humana departments to support IHWA member engagement • Support their teams’ delivery of a long list of actions they already have planned to improve performance • Use consultants to research and identify larger, transformative solutions • Dig into the details of the Member Engagement & Eligibility data and reporting • Increase productivity by tracking and pushing vendors to improve several KPI’s (Attempt, Reach, Acceptance, Cancelation, et al) • Reinforce our department’s existing positive, can-do culture • Support their team members’ individual development **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Health, or a related field + 5 or more years of leadership experience + 2 or more years of MRA experience + 2 or more years of analytics experience + 2 or more years managing a member engagement program + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel, PPT) + Strong analytical skills + Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written + Strong relationship building skills + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on member health outcomes and member experience **Preferred Qualifications** + Master's degree in business administration, Analytics, Public Health, or a related field + SQL skills + PMP certification a plus + Six Sigma Certification also a plus + Clinical certification or background **Additional Information** Primary Location - **Humana Tower** We are seeking a dedicated candidate for a remote position based in Kentucky. You should anticipate this interview to take approximately 10-15 minutes. **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 **Pay Range** The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $150,000 - $206,300 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
