Job Summary:Director of Information Security at Enovix is a senior-level position responsible for leading and overseeing the information security functions. You are entrusted with protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization’s information assets and technologies. As the Director of Information Security, you develop and implements comprehensive strategies, policies, and procedures to identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and respond effectively to security incidentsResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing information security strategies, policies, and proceduresIdentifying and mitigating risks to the organization’s information assetsEnsuring compliance with industry regulations and standardsLeading and managing of security professionals.Developing and managing the budget for information security initiativesCollaborating with other senior management personnel to ensure that each department is complying with standards.Assess and protect company’s data, network, infrastructures, endpoints, and manufacturing systems; to ensure they are monitored, up-to-date, secured by default; and able effectively handle security incidents.Experienced in managing security systems, like XDR, EPP, CSPM, M365 and Azure Security.Deep understanding of cybersecurity needs, challenges, and solutions.Knowledgeable in IT-SOX, NIST-CSF, ISO 27002, SOC2, OWASP and other security standardsMust maintain a high degree of knowledge of current regulatory, privacy, and security industry best practice guidance.Minimum QualificationsFive to ten years of leadership role experience in cybersecurity and information technology.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or cybersecurity.Certifications CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.Enovix is an equal opportunity employer.
