Director of Information Technology (Full-Time) Leadership (Supervisory, Management, Executive) Johnston, Iowa Apply Description Join ChildServe as the Director of Information Technology (IT) and lead our dynamic IT department. We're looking for a strategic visionary with a strong technical background to oversee all technology operations and align IT initiatives with our business goals. Our ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for technology, and a proven track record of successful IT management. What You'll Do + Develop and implement IT strategies that support the company's goals and objectives. + Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. + Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all IT systems and data. + Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. + Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards. + Coordinate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions. + Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive. + Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. + Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. + Act as a key advisor to senior management on IT-related matters. What You'll Need + Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. + Eight years of experience in Healthcare Information Technology Management. + Five years of leadership experience. + Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or ITIL preferred. + Ability to understand and communicate effectively and professionally in reading, writing, and speaking the English language. + Ability to work on-site in our Johnston, Iowa location. + Work visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
