Director of Intake Admissions

Responsibilities:

Oversee client intake department and enrollment process Supervise LPN Intake Coordinators Hiring and professional development of all team members Ensure referral information and appropriate documentation is accurate and on time Oversee insurance verification and billing Coordinate with key departments to improve and optimize the intake process Ensure appropriate enrollment, retention and education of enrolled members Coordinate referrals out to appropriate agencies when appropriate

Qualifications:

Licensed RN. BSN preferred Certified Home Health Care experience Intake/Admissions experience Experience working with multiple referral platforms including Navi and Allscripts Experience in a Leadership and/or Supervisory role Strong organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
