Description

The Director of Integrative Services, under the Center Director’s guidance, leads integrative and psychosocial care at the Simms/Mann UCLA Center for Integrative Oncology. This role involves oversight of clinical and administrative services across 20 Hematology/Oncology clinics, including hiring, supervising, and supporting integrative clinicians. Responsible for daily operations, strategic planning, and service development, the Director also manages Nutrition, Chaplaincy, Psychiatry, Group Therapy, and related modalities. This role collaborates with the Administrative Director to coordinate educational programs, support groups, and mind-body classes, and assists in budget and program planning, particularly for the Simms/Mann Center “Studio.”

The Director works with the Center Director on policy development and initiatives to enhance care across clinics, and liaises with academic leadership, donors, and stakeholders to expand and promote the Center’s integrative care model. They contribute to strategic planning, financial analysis, program development, and expansion efforts, overseeing the Founders Board and Simms Mann Family Foundation events and communications. The role includes guiding patient orientation, providing psychosocial support, supervising support group facilitators, and offering direct support as needed. Additionally, the Director manages Care Connect documentation, supports training for staff and interns, collaborates on data analysis for program success, and oversees interdisciplinary teams. They work to raise awareness of the Center’s mission, engage with UCLA Oncology professionals on patient care training, and ensure culturally sensitive care. The Director embodies professionalism, fosters a supportive team culture, and serves as the primary contact for Integrative Services staff and UCLA Health medical providers.

Salary Range: $112,900.00 – 256,900.00 Annually
