Job Overview:
Snapsheet is seeking an experienced Director of IT to lead our help desk, systems administration, and security teams. This role is essential to maintaining seamless IT support and robust security practices across our enterprise operations. The ideal candidate has strong experience in enterprise IT, collaborating with high-level leaders, and aligning IT strategy with business goals.

Responsibilities:
Support
+ Help Desk Operations : Streamline and enhance help desk processes to provide high-quality, responsive support to internal and external users, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
+ Collaboration with HR : Work closely with HR to manage internal user processes, especially around automations, user onboarding, offboarding, and application access controls.
System Administration
+ Infrastructure Management : Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations, and cloud services, supporting seamless collaboration across the company.
+ Systems Administration Oversight : Lead the strategic oversight of systems administration, ensuring infrastructure reliability and accessibility for all company employees.
+ Access Management & Security Policies : Establish and enforce best practices for access management, single sign-on (SSO), and security policies to optimize secure access across the organization.
+ Infrastructure Optimization : I dentify opportunities to improve and scale infrastructure systems, ensuring they remain adaptable, resilient, and compliant with security regulations as the company grows.
Security and Privacy
+ Security Management : Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect Snapsheet’s data and systems from internal and external threats. Advise on, approve, and enforce security guidelines and IT policies.
+ Compliance & Cybersecurity : Collaborate with compliance teams on daily operations and projects, including SOC 2 compliance, and ensure compliance with industry standards for data protection.
+ Cloud Services & Data Management : Oversee cloud services, data storage, and disaster recovery processes to ensure system redundancy, data integrity, and business continuity.
Leadership
+ Vendor Management : Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors, evaluate software and services, negotiate contracts, and oversee system implementations and upgrades.
+ Stakeholder Management: Work with high level clients to discuss IT related issues and support.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
+ 8+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional IT teams.
+ Must have experience running IT for an Enterprise Software business as well as supporting a significant number of internal staff.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partner with all departments to align IT initiatives with company-wide goals.
+ Proven success in engaging and collaborating with high-level clients, ensuring IT solutions meet their needs and enhance overall client satisfaction.
