**Job Title:** Director of IT **Manager Title:** CFO **FLSA Status:** Exempt, Full-Time FECON, LLC is a vegetation management equipment manufacturer located in Lebanon, Ohio near Kings Island Amusement Park. We offer competitive wages, full health care benefits and a continuous learning culture for those who want to grow with the company. **Job Summary:** The Information Technology Director will manage information technology (IT) and guide the team toward the goals while regularly checking software, hardware, and security. They’ll develop, launch, and enhance the organization’s applications according to the standards and objectives set by the company. They will determine when systems need to be updated, fixed, replaced, or added and help guide decisions on how this will be accomplished. **Supervisory Responsibilities:** + Hires and trains members of the technical staff. + Assigns duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of IT staff. + Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the department. + Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. + Handles discipline of employees as needed and following company policy. + Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals. + Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management. + Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technological needs. + Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software. + Inspect technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency. + Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to upper management. + Coordinate IT managers and supervise other professionals to provide guidance. + Control budget and report on expenditure. **Job Duties/Responsibilities:** + Architects the information and communications infrastructure to support current and future needs of the business and provides the business case justifications for implementing new technologies. + Maintains the infrastructure which includes the network, servers, workstations, software and telecommunications equipment. 1. Scale virtualization platform 2. Windows Servers environment 3. Meraki network hardware (firewall, routers, switches, wifi, etc.) 4. Infor SyteLine 1. User training 2. Service Pack and Upgrade deployment 3. Form and Report Customizations 5. Office 365 (Email, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) 6. Disaster System Recovery including routine testing and validation 7. Voice over IP systems + Performs analytical research using database tools such as MS SQL and MS Access and reporting tools such as Power BI. + Performs other related duties as assigned. **Required Skills/Abilities:** + **Networking and Server Experience:** Experience with setup and adminstration of Windows Server including Domain Controller, Active Directory, DNS; Experienced in administration of virtualization environments; Experienced in adminstration of basic networks; Experienced in adminstration of Office 365; Proficient in supporting Windows PC users. + **ERP Administration:** Experienced in SyteLine ERP application and providing system administrator for this or other ERP applications. Capable of creating basic MS SQL queries and use report writing tools such as SQL SSRS Reporting services and Power BI. + **General Computer Experience:** Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Access. + **Reasoning Development:** Ability to interpret and carry out a variety of instructions funished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form; deal with problems involving several concrete variables. + **Language Development:** Ability to read manuals and reports, workplace rules and procedures; speak with poise and confidence, using correct English. **Education and Experience:** + Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business or equivalent + Minimum 5+ years in IT leadership role + Minimum 5+ years working with ERP Systems in a manufacturing environment **Physical Requirements:** + While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent will be required to frequently (67-100% time on the job) sit and frequently (67-100% time on job) perform repetitive movements including + twisting and bending wrists while leaving them in prolonged positions of flexion and extension about typing.
