We are currently seeking a Director of Plant Operations who is passionate about making a difference for our Barton Springs Community!

Qualifications: 

Preferred one year of supervisory experience, including setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, managing change, promoting collaboration, and company culture  Three years of experience in hospitals/institutional settings; knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical repairs; general maintenance procedures; laundry operations and housekeeping procedures High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent required Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance You may be required to work outside of your regular hours depending on business needs

What you'll be doing: 

Responsible for all functions required to keep physical facility in good repair and safe for residents, staff and visitors Negotiate and contract with outside vendors (as needed)

Anticipated pay range$70,000—$75,000 USD
