We are seeking experienced and talented Senior Community Association Managers to fill the position of Director for our growing and busy property management branch in the vibrant St. Petersburg area. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational, management, and leadership skills. As the Director, you will oversee the operations and growth of our branch, ensuring expectational service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

\n\nLead and manage a team of Community Association Managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.\nOversee the day-to-day operations of the property management branch, ensuring efficient workflows and hi-quality service delivery.\nDevelop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve branch objectives.\nFoster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted adviser and ensuring client satisfaction.\nMonitor financial performance, budgets, and operational metrics to meet or exceed branch targets.\nStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide innovative solutions.\nIdentify business development opportunities and participate in marketing efforts to expand the branch's client base.\nProvide regular reports and updates to senior management on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities.\n\n Requirements

Qualifications:

\n\nMinimum of 8 years of experience as a Community Association Manager, with significant experience in a leadership or management role.\nActive Florida Community Association Manager (LCAM) license is required.\nStrong leadership, organizational, and management skills with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving results.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.\nIn-depth knowledge of community association management principles, financial management, and governing documents.\nProven business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategic plans.\nExperience in budgeting, financial analysis, and delivering financial results.\nProficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant industry tools.\nBachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.\n\n

Schedule and Compensation:

\n\nThis is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week.\nFlexibility may be required to attend meetings, events, or address urgent matters.\nCompensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.\n\n
