Responsibilities: + Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing all production activities for specified business unit with a focus on maximizing resources and meeting established production specifications, schedule, volume and quality standards + Develop and implement manufacturing schedule, allocate labor and capital resources + Analyze production, maintenance and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions + Work with cross functional operations managers to understand their current and future product needs; develop plans, cost estimates and schedules + Lead, direct, evaluate and develop team of supervisors who are responsible for various production activities such as; assembly, machine operation, processing, and packaging Requirements: + Bachelor's Degree required + 10-15 years of manufacturing experience with 5 years in a management role + FDA GMP regulation experience + Requires breadth of organizational, professional field and industry knowledge #M3 System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
