Requirements: + 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership, specifically in the home improvement industry. + Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and brand strategy. + Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, CRM, etc.). + Experience managing budgets, teams, and high-performing marketing campaigns. + Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. + Excellent communication and leadership skills. + A passion for home improvement and delivering outstanding customer experiences. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
