We’re looking for talented, passionate individuals to help us write the next chapter.  Position Overview  We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead marketing efforts for all Whim Hospitality businesses and brands in the United States and England. The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and achieve revenue goals. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, exceptional strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing marketing team.   This role will report to the CEO and lead a global team of three, plus oversee contracted graphics, web, and public relations services.  Key Responsibilities  + Strategic Leadership  + Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, enhances brand awareness, and drives revenue growth.  + Identify and target key customer segments using market research and analytics to inform decisions.  + Set marketing goals and objectives at corporate and business unit levels  + Team Development & Leadership  + Lead, mentor, and inspire a global marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.  + Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development to build a high-performing team.  + Digital Marketing Excellence  + Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising.  + Leverage data analytics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure a strong online presence across all platforms.  + Manage the company's online presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all digital platforms.  + Brand Stewardship  + Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels.  + Oversee the creation of marketing and sales collateral, maintaining alignment with brand standards.  + Market Insights & Innovation  + Conduct market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.  + Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.  + Resource & Budget Management  + Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.  + Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet business goals effectively.  + Cross-Functional Collaboration & Sales Enablement  + Partner with sales, operations, and other teams to align marketing efforts with broader business initiatives.  + Oversee the creation of sales enablement materials to support revenue growth.  + Public Relations & Communications  + Collaborate with external agencies to design and implement impactful PR strategies.  + Manage media relations, press releases, and both internal and external communications to maintain a positive public image.  Requirements:  + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field   + 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.  + Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, preferably in luxury boutique hotels.  + Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and SEO/SEM. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.   + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt to changing market conditions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  + Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
