Job OverviewAs the on-property marketing lead, you're the creative force behind making your property culturally relevant and irresistible. Your role is to craft an immersive brand experience that resonates with guests and keeps them coming back for more. You'll drive guest experiences, orchestrating every touchpoint to embody the Asbury Collection 's unique vibe. From curating partnerships that amplify our lifestyle cred to conceptualizing Insta-worthy moments throughout the property, you'll ensure your hotel isn't just
a place to stay, it's the place to be. You'll collaborate with every department, infusing the brand's DNA into everything from staff interactions to guest room touchpoints. As the keeper of your hotel's reputation and public perception, you'll be its biggest advocate, balancing revenue goals with artistic vision. Think of yourself as the property's insider, its tastemaker, and its long-term success strategist all rolled into one.
Your job is to make sure your hotel doesn't just fit into the market—it defines it.
ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Own & create the marketing plan and calendar
· Assist in yearly budget creation
· Create copy for any and all hotel communications that is on brand standards
· Liaison between corporate marketing team and hotel
· Ensure every aspect of the hotel remains on brand
· Oversee & create all collateral
· Work closely with local organizations/Chamber of Commerce/Tourism on marketing & public relations
· Determine hotel swag items
Digital Marketing.
• Oversee Guest Communication
• Work with digital marketing team on landing pages, paid media, email campaigns
• Oversee all website content
• Manage special offers & deals pages
Sales & Revenue
· Create & implement meeting offers
· Strategize with Director of Revenue Management on room strategy
· Create and implement transient packages & work directly with BT to
entice & maintain accounts
· Create presentations & collateral support
F&B
· Work with in-house (or 3rd party teams) on food & beverage promotions
· Ensure amenities are on brand Partnerships
· Implement new partnerships & ideas by involvement in the community
and interaction with peers
· Activations
· Create & produce programming & activations
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
· All other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.

QualificationsEducation/Formal Training
A four year college degree or equivalent education/experience
Experience
Required to have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a marketing position. Hospitality experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills
