**Director of Marketing** Salt Lake City, Utah Reports to the CEO As Utah’s leading therapy provider, our client is committed to improving lives through movement and accessible care. Their mission is to provide everyone with access to a physical therapist, delivering specified treatment across various settings, including clinics, hospitals, nursing facilities, workplaces, and at-home therapy. **Job Overview** The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and managing marketing strategies to build a strong primary care musculoskeletal brand. This role focuses on generating patient leads through professional, internal, and external channels while overseeing branding, advertising, digital presence, event marketing, and compliance. The Director will lead the marketing team and serve as part of the Executive Leadership Team. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Lead Generation** + Conduct market research and competitive analysis to track industry trends and refine strategies. + Develop a structured lead generation model with defined metrics, benchmarks, and reporting. + Work with operations and physician liaisons to create collateral that strengthens B2B referral relationships. + Implement internal marketing campaigns targeting past and current patients. + Design and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, web, email) with measurable impact. + **Brand Management** + Oversee multiple therapy brands across different markets. + Manage digital branding strategies and content. + Develop and produce marketing materials and promotional items from concept to final production. + Support internal initiatives with targeted departmental marketing materials. + **Event Marketing** + Plan, promote, and evaluate continuing education events to increase brand awareness and industry connections. + **Clinic Branding & New Clinic Marketing** + Optimize branding in physical clinic spaces to enhance visibility and engagement. + Develop and execute marketing plans for new clinic openings to attract and retain patients. + Create location-specific marketing materials for both providers and patients. + Implement launch campaigns using digital, print, and grassroots marketing efforts. + **M&A Brand Integration** + Manage branding transitions for newly acquired therapy companies. + Oversee the integration of new brands into the transition from prior branding. + Address the emotional and operational challenges that arise during the rebranding process. **Key Attributes:** + Self-starter with a proactive approach + Collaborative and team-oriented + Highly organized and accountable + Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactical projects **Benefits:** + Health, Dental, Vision + 401k w/ 3% match + Paid time off _PrincePerelson & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we do not discriminate against applicants due to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
