THE JOB:
The Director of Brand Marketing leads the strategic development and execution of guest-facing communications, partnering closely with the operations team to ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives. This role oversees enterprise-wide marketing initiatives, delivering impactful campaigns and projects that drive both short-term results and long-term brand growth. The Director collaborates with Creative Services and cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are cohesive, engaging, and consistent with the company’s vision, working to achieve optimal outcomes that support the company's overarching goals. This position requires a blend of strategic planning, creative direction, and operational coordination to advance the brand's presence in the market and reinforce its value to guests.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Lead and manage marketing efforts across multiple business areas, developing strategic plans that align with business needs and drive results.
Continuously assess and optimize advertising initiatives through data analysis and trend identification. Develop project briefs, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with Creative Services to ensure campaigns are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.
Act as the main contact for campaign approvals, consulting with leadership to maintain brand consistency across guest-facing communications. Champion efficient work processes and lead a team dedicated to service excellence, fostering a collaborative, diverse, and growth-oriented environment.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of relevant experience in Advertising, Marketing, Client Relationship Management, or similar fields
Management experience in Advertising, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related industry
Prior experience working in a resort setting is preferred
Strategic thinker with a proven track record of initiating and completing projects
Strong leadership skills to lead and mentor teams effectively
Strong management and critical thinking skills
