Must have a passion for the relationship side of clinical care Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state Experience leading and influencing across the network of clinical staff, preferably in a senior care or long-term care setting Passion for working with the elderly or those with memory impairing disease Thrives supervising, teaching, and leading others Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance Dedication to working with seniors in a culturally diverse workforce You may be required to work outside of your regular hours depending on business needsWhat you'll be doing:
Communicating with and serving as the clinical liaison between residents, families, nursing staff, doctors, and administrators Evaluating nurse performance, implementing changes to nursing best practices, and managing standard-of-care guidelines Developing short- and long-term staffing, procedural, and standard-of-care goals Ensuring the Resident Care Director successfully sets nursing staff schedules, manages onboarding, and trains new nursing staff Monitoring and recording expenses Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal policies and regulations#LI-TF1
Anticipated pay range$140,000—$150,000 USDWe are looking for someone who:
