The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and fostering a culture of excellence in patient care. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of medical practices, and a commitment to patient rights and well-being. + Oversee the nursing staff and manage daily operations within the facility. + Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs. + Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care. + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote effective communication and coordination of care. + Conduct staff training and development programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge. + Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary. + Advocate for patient rights and ensure their dignity is upheld at all times.
