Job Title: Director of Nursing Job Description We are seeking a strong RN Clinical Director to join our dedicated team at a nationally recognized Assisted Living facility in New Rochelle, NY. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for the clinical oversight and delivery of quality resident care, ensuring compliance, and providing nursing leadership to the team. Under the leadership of the Executive Director, you will ensure a friendly, safe, and secure environment for the residents. Responsibilities + Provide clinical oversight and ensure the delivery of quality resident care. + Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. + Lead and manage a team of 2 RNs and 13 LPNs. + Oversee chart reviews and ensure accurate documentation. + Implement and monitor quality assurance programs. + Utilize Point Click Care EMR for efficient clinical operations. + Resolve resident issues and provide excellent patient services. + Collaborate with the Executive Director to achieve clinical and operating objectives. Essential Skills + RN License in New York State + Degree in Nursing or a related field + 5+ years working in Nursing + 2-3 years of experience in Assisted Living as an RN + Relevant experience in assisted living, nursing home roles + Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams + Knowledgeable in Assisted Living regulations and operational requirements + Strong communication and patient service skills Additional Skills & Qualifications + Point Click Care EMR experience is a plus Work Environment This position is located within a well-appointed Assisted Living Facility known for its award-winning care. The schedule is flexible, with potential hours from Monday to Friday: 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, or 10am - 6pm.
