Job Description
We are seeking a strong RN Clinical Director to join our dedicated team at a nationally recognized Assisted Living facility in New Rochelle, NY. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for the clinical oversight and delivery of quality resident care, ensuring compliance, and providing nursing leadership to the team. Under the leadership of the Executive Director, you will ensure a friendly, safe, and secure environment for the residents.
ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical oversight and ensure the delivery of quality resident care.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Lead and manage a team of 2 RNs and 13 LPNs.Oversee chart reviews and ensure accurate documentation.Implement and monitor quality assurance programs.Utilize Point Click Care EMR for efficient clinical operations.Resolve resident issues and provide excellent patient services.Collaborate with the Executive Director to achieve clinical and operating objectives.Essential SkillsRN License in New York StateDegree in Nursing or a related field5+ years working in Nursing2-3 years of experience in Assisted Living as an RNRelevant experience in assisted living, nursing home rolesDemonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teamsKnowledgeable in Assisted Living regulations and operational requirementsStrong communication and patient service skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsPoint Click Care EMR experience is a plusWork Environment
This position is located within a well-appointed Assisted Living Facility known for its award-winning care. The facility offers a professional and innovative setting, providing a quality of life for both staff and residents. The schedule is flexible, with potential hours from Monday to Friday: 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, or 10am - 6pm. The facility provides comprehensive benefits, including a retirement plan, medical, dental, vision, and generous PTO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $152000.00 - $165000.00/yr.
