Job Description
Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring high standards of care and mentoring support staff.
ResponsibilitiesManage operations within regulatory standards while providing excellent resident care and maximizing profitability.Develop, lead, and inspire a team of caregivers, culinary, and support staff.Complete clinical assessments of residents’ health status and develop care plans.Manage total care of residents including administering medication and performing treatment orders.Fill in for nursing assistants and care partners as needed.Create reports and documentation related to incidents, changes of status, and care provided.Additional duties as delegated.Essential SkillsLicensed and in good standing as an RN in the state of MN.3+ years' experience in the Senior Adult Care/Enhanced Assisted Living/Memory Care community.Strong knowledge base and understanding of DHS compliance and standards of care.Possess leadership qualities consistent with a Director-level position.Additional Skills & QualificationsTeam player with a positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.Communicate respectfully and professionally with Director, Care Partners, and other staff.Be compassionate and work with tact and ethical awareness.Work Environment
This is a 24/7 assisted living facility.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $115000.00
401k available with some matching. Would not have access to any other benefits. Stipend offered. May have an annual bonus or profit-sharing offered in addition to yearly salary.
