Responsibilities Lead and manage the nursing staff in the dialysis department to ensure optimal patient care. Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures related to dialysis services. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to dialysis care. Oversee patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and development. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives within the dialysis unit. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s degree preferred. 12 months nursing experience with additional 6 months dialysis. Ht RN required additional 3 months in training of PD and Hd. Previous management or leadership experience in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to dialysis care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff and patient interaction. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
