SummaryThe DON is responsible for providing all aspects of clinical leadership to the skilled nursing facility. The DON is accountable for clinical oversight, staff development, scheduling, and census development. The position requires a high degree of written and verbal communication skills. Communicates inclusively and collaboratively with all stakeholders. Required Education and Experience + Licensed as RN in Minnesota. Baccalaureate Degree Required. + Must have at least five years of healthcare experience, hospital experienced preferred. + Minimum of one year experience in a previous leadership or supervisory position. + Must successfully complete criminal background check as required by the State of Minnesota. + BLS certification required.
