The ideal candidate will possess:

A proven track record as a Director of Nursing. Exceptional leadership and motivational skills. Strong knowledge of nursing policies/procedures and Federal and State regulations. Proficiency in managing nursing staff and administering healthcare programs. Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making skills. Participipates in budget planning and management Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care Oversees the development and implementation of resident care plans Monitors and evaluates nursing care provided Partcipates in the hiring and onboarding of nursing staff
