We are currently looking for an experienced Director of Nutrition Services!
Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, directs, controls and supervises the daily operation of the Dietary departmentAssigns the daily workloadPlans the staffing scheduleOversees the completion of the patient trays and ensures the timely delivery of patient foodsProcures supplies needed for all aspects of the food preparationEnsures the delivery and appearance of foods prepared for the CafeteriaOversees the completion of all catered functions and strives to ensure the quality, presentation and timeliness of meals served
Qualifications
Associates degree in related field requiredMinimum of five years hospital food service experience requiredTwo years management or supervisory requiredMust have a strong background in culinary arts with experience in large volume cookingCurrent Food Handler’s Permit as required by local health Department
