An entrepreneurial desire to build a businessAn informed opinion on what leadership is (and is not)A leadership philosophy/methodologyExperience collaborating with sales, business development, recruiting, contracts, and finance in the pursuit of new contracts/proposalsExperience collaborating with program managers, project managers, and clients to improve the delivery of services and create “client delight”Experience in training and mentorship of project and program managers in the performance of their dutiesExperience being responsible and accountable for the P&L of your area of responsibility10+ years of Program and/or Operations Director/VP experience leading federal IT services work across multiple agencies/componentsAbility to obtain a U.S. government Security ClearanceAbout steampunk
