Directs and oversees all aspects of Midas Tactical and Strategic Brand Initiatives and operational effectiveness. This position partners with TBC Shared services, Directing and managing the scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and initiative benchmarks and ROI to drive brand effectiveness, consistency, and continuity. Prepares real time and end output directional documentation reports for status of initiatives and drives initiatives to successful conclusion in maximizing Midas P&L, store growth and future brand direction.

Role responsibilities include strategic planning; managing stakeholders, project scope, communications, resources, finance, promotions, change requests, procurement, risk, IT, quality, project schedule, field deployment, vendors and business continuity and management (USA / Canada).

Leads and oversees Canadian vendor Programs & Franchise Program Specialist relating to Tires, Parts, IT etc. from inception, negotiation and execution to deliver to brand bottom line and franchisee needs.

Job Responsibilities Process owner of Midas future strategic direction relating to platforms, unit economics, product / services offerings, brand productivity for new and existing locations. Creator and initiate owner to produce brand continuity programs for brand and operation standards / needs for present and future customer base and future industry trends in the mobility sector in existing and new markets. – Ex. Brand Image etc. Identity, services, equipment, share of market opportunities – in targeted sectors and markets. Gathers, assembles, and analyzes key data to enable financial oversight of strategic initiatives. Owns vendor management / programs in Canada to be consistent with US Operations. Creator and initiate owner to produce brand continuity programs for brand and operation standards / needs for present and future customer base and future industry trends in the mobility sector in existing and new markets. – Ex. Brand Image etc. Identity, services, equipment, share of market opportunities – in targeted sectors and markets. Gathers, assembles, and analyzes key data to enable financial oversight of strategic initiatives. Owns vendor management / programs in Canada to be consistent with US Operations. Additional Job Responsibilities Manages DVI, ADAS, Modern ICE, Hybrids & EVs tactical and strategic plan execution working in conjunction with franchise brand leadership, TBC support departments and franchisees in building awareness, programs, training materials, communications, and program execution to drive top line sales and increase shareholder value. Identify as the corporate platform process and product owner across the enterprise for all things with emerging vehicle technology (EV website, ADAS, Training, Equipment, Diagnostic Tools, etc.). Work with cross-divisional teams and Shared Service groups to build consensus on strategic objectives, goals and implementation plans. Develop EV certified locations across the enterprise (Midas) to support OE & Fleet strategies supporting TBC Vision. Model ROI for store investments to grow into new segments. Creates and Leads Pilots programs for ADAS and other software maintenance services to develop solutions for Automotive Retail across the enterprise. Synergize vendor relationships to accelerate training and competency at store level. Establish non-traditional vendor partnerships and programs to accelerate solutions for software maintenance services. Continued Responsibilities Conduit between Midas field, TBC corporate functional teams & Franchisees: Controls Midas Governance Process Streams. (Governance committees, FAC, IMDA, Conventions etc.) – 3 MAJOR STREAMS Leads the Brand image and Tire Committees and is the Gatekeeper for all 7 Committees which flow up to FAC/IMDA for final review of decision-making process. Coordinates with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with Midas specific initiatives requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Identifying and documenting tasks, issues, and risks for assigned projects by reporting manager. Drive project teams in identifying and providing methods for mitigating risks, completing tasks, and resolving issues in a proactive manner. Leads work sessions with stakeholders to identify and document decisions, actions, issues, and risks to drive P/L in a positive manner. Added Responsibilities Develop and manage projects related to transacting tire business from charter to close. Examples include: TBC Logistics/NTW : Migrating current business service model for Midas stores over to NTW Direct business model Midas Road Hazard Tire Warranty : Creation and implementation of new differentiator and go to market strategy for tires in Midas Network. Track and monitor warranty fund with the program, including KPI’s, branding material development, amendment to franchise agreements and compliance for audits with stores that offend the warranty program.  Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 10-12 years’ experience with a similar employer/industry with Franchise Operations and Development Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field of study; MBA desirable Previous experience in a franchise operation with wide geographical footprints Experience in creating 3, 5- and 10-year strategic plans Demonstrated accounts collaboration and ability to work with others from a variety of perspectives in and outside the Company; Strong Excel spreadsheet skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Share Point is a must Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and use a facilitative style to gather information for decision making Demonstrated ability to adjust to changes in customer demands or operational goals Results-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks at once Excellent customer service orientation and experience in business-related interactions Possess high-energy levels and be passionate about your customers and their needs Bilingual in Spanish /English is a plus Benefits Market competitive compensation 401(k) and Roth with company match.
