Please demonstrate and provide a track record of leading an Operations Team to success in a similar B2B service business model. Job Description City Wide of Austin is seeking a Director of Operations for our growing office. If you up-sell with confidence and integrity and have a deep understanding of your client's needs, our President's Club is waiting for you. As a Director of Operations, you will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with existing clients in a highly productive sales-driven environment. You will work with existing clients, train and develop staff, implement company policies and procedures, and assist with performing scheduled inspections on all accounts to ensure work performed satisfies both company and client quality standards.
