Summary/Objective The Director of Operations obtains profit contribution by managing staff; establishing and accomplishing business objectives for multiple locations. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, time depends on production demands. Travel Ability to travel is required. Required Education and Experience Minimum of a high school education and one year of factory-related experience. Must be able to physically and mentally maintain daily production goals and deadlines as established by management Preferred Education and Experience Manufacturing/industry experience. Management/Leadership experience. Work Authorization/Security Clearance: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
