You will be responsible for the efficient running of all the departments in the hotel in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Operations shall work closely with senior management in developing long-term operational strategies that help meet corporate objectives; To ensure the well-being of a company, The Director of Operations must work with all the department leaders toensure departments are operating as efficiently as possible.

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years' work experience as Director of Operations, or Assistant Director of Operations or EAM or Hotel Manager in large property. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
