As Director of Operations, you will oversee all pre-arrival operational and preparational aspects of the au pair program. Your team of 6-8 staff works closely with 20+ recruitment countries and are responsible for au pair approval and preparation. This includes providing ongoing analysis and candidate feedback to ensure all au pair applicants will be successful and meet the standards set forth in our US Department of State regulated program. In this multi-faceted role, your ability to gather information and then act on this with clear communication to various stakeholders and ensure proper accountability for resolving issues is key. From accepting au pairs onto the program to setting arrival deadlines, you are the standard bearer for regulatory compliance before an au pair travels to the US. You enjoy relationship management and work toward developing thoughtful connections and attentive communication with our staff in our recruitment markets to achieve company goals. Finally, you love the challenge of ensuring we have the most robust au pair candidate pool in the industry and provide ongoing updates to our internal departments on challenges and areas of focus.
Responsibilities:Responsible for au pairs from the time they are approved by the recruitment teams until they arrive on program. Assuring quality and responsible for final acceptance of all au pairs to Cultural Care Inc.Manage team of 6-8 specialists and managers.Own making informed decisions on the suitability of candidates to participate on the programLiaison between our Travel, Placement, Technology, and Recruitment TeamsResponsible for the au pair arrival schedule. This requires balancing country specific needs, customer needs and business needs.
