Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance + Enforce and uphold strict safety protocols across all operations. + Ensure compliance with AquaSafe and health authority standards. + Train staff on pool safety, chemical handling, and risk management. Operational Leadership + Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize profitability. + Optimize budgets to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness. + Determine staffing needs and collaborate with HR for recruitment and training. + Lead and mentor Division Managers and Service Managers to ensure excellence. Client & Staff Management + Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive high customer satisfaction and retention. + Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities. + Coach, evaluate, and develop staff to maximize performance and engagement. Brand & Growth Initiatives + Represent AquaSafe with professionalism and enthusiasm. + Develop initiatives to enhance brand reputation and community engagement. + Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
