Key Responsibilities\n

Safety & Compliance\n\nEnforce and uphold strict safety protocols across all operations.\nEnsure compliance with AquaSafe and health authority standards.\nTrain staff on pool safety, chemical handling, and risk management.\n\n

Operational Leadership\n\nDevelop and implement strategic business plans to maximize profitability.\nOptimize budgets to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.\nDetermine staffing needs and collaborate with HR for recruitment and training.\nLead and mentor Division Managers and Service Managers to ensure excellence.\n\n

Client & Staff Management\n\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships to drive high customer satisfaction and retention.\nMonitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.\nCoach, evaluate, and develop staff to maximize performance and engagement.\n\n

Brand & Growth Initiatives\n\nRepresent AquaSafe with professionalism and enthusiasm.\nDevelop initiatives to enhance brand reputation and community engagement.\nFoster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n\n

What We're Looking For\n\nProven experience in operations leadership, preferably in the aquatics, hospitality, or service industries.\nStrong strategic, financial, and team leadership skills.\nAbility to drive sales growth and optimize operational efficiencies.\nPassion for safety, compliance, and customer service excellence.\nExceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\nExperience managing large teams and multi-location operations is a plus.\n\n
