The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a Director of Operations to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in West Yellowstone, Montana. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a high-volume, multi-store retail, grocery, and food and beverage operation. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 – $140,500 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Oversee team members, ensuring proper staffing, training, compliance with operational standards, guest service, and productivity scheduling. More about you Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in high-volume, multiple retail and food and beverage operations, with the ability to train, develop, and manage seasonal staff Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, and achieving profitability goals Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and manage a diverse workforce Ability to coach, mentor, and lead teams independently or as part of a group Excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on team development and operational efficiency Must possess a valid driver’s license Shift details
