Job Description:
Responsible for Manufacturing, Purchasing/Supply Chain, Logistics, Service, and Warranty/Parts department personal and their subsequent daily operations.Strong Interaction with the Commercial Team to coordinate and report monthly revenue forecastFocuses and drives the business to achieve production growth targets/goals to achieve On Time- Delivery of 98%+.Supports the development of a long-term strategy for profitably growing the business andimproving market share in key markets working with VPGM, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.Develops and takes ownership of Strategic Sourcing and Toolbox annual targets, facilitating continuous process improvement.Implements ITW Toolbox initiatives to improve key metrics in inlining, and process improvement with a focus on continuous improvement. (In-lining, PLS, USa, Quality, MRD).Champions a culture of safety by enforcing safe manufacturing processes and implementing organizational practices to eliminate injuries. Oversee the management of facility maintenance and repairs, and ensures compliance with environmental and sustainability standards.Responsible for generating, setting, presenting, and executing departmental budgets.Supervises and develops staff by providing regular coaching and mentoring includingthe creation of career development plans in support of ITW Talent Management Initiatives.Develops, implements, and monitors key performance metrics in order to driveaccountability throughout the organization for meeting or beating key goals and objectives.Works closely with other product categories/divisions to support the division’s business goals.Understands and supports Employee Relations and Labor relations initiatives forMaintains a close working relationship with HR.Qualifications
Experience – 5 to 10 years experience in leadership roles having exposure to diverse business functions and principles (e.g., Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service) in leadership roles.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or EngineeringLeadership experience with a proven track record of success.Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, events, and Projects.Ability to create and implement strategic vision.Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams with or without formal authority.Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Self-starter who is committed to the job and seeks empowerment and accountability and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational dynamics.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related Engineering FieldP & L management experienceBusiness development experienceSolid understanding of ITW 80/20 philosophy and experience with all aspects of the ITW Toolbox.Working Conditions
Travel and Environment: Travel 10% - 20% of work schedule.Fully on-site position – Portland area.CANDIDATES MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE US
Compensation Information:
Compensation Range: $142,000 - $150,000
+ Bonus Opportunity based on Company Performance
