Responsibilities: * Director of Operations will collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute a strategic plan, budgets and special projects * Develop scalable processes to ensure operational efficiency and outstanding financial results, including oversight of vendors/payable processes * Utilization and integration of best technology practice, helping to implement new approaches as needed * As a Director of Operations, you will assist in managing clinical operations, including staffing, training and intake departments * Develop/ manage new clinical offerings to expand services offered patients * Ensure best practices and compliance throughout the organization
