Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of non-skilled homecare services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and support a team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation. Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications:
