Pagoda Asian Grill is looking for an experienced and driven Director of Operations to lead our fast-casual restaurant business to the next level. In this role, you’ll oversee multi-unit operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure our locations deliver top-tier guest experiences while meeting financial and operational goals.

What You’ll Do:Develop and execute operational strategies that align with our business objectives.
Lead, coach, and mentor General Managers to uphold brand standards and optimize performance.
Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction across multiple locations.
Implement and oversee new service initiatives, menu items, and promotional rollouts.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct site audits to ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and local regulations.
Act as the bridge between corporate leadership and restaurant teams, ensuring clear communication and execution of strategic initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:5+ years of progressive experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, with at least 3+ years in a multi-unit leadership role (Fast casual experience preferred).
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge in restaurant POS, scheduling software, and inventory management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with data analytics tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable using data to drive decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Must be local to the St. Petersburg/Tampa, Florida area.
Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time to support restaurant locations.
