About the role
Director of Outlets oversees the daily operations of a restaurants to ensure an exceptional experience for guests.

What you will do

Their main responsibility is ensuring profitability while maintaining high-quality service, ambiance, and food.

What you bring

Director of Outlets must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, food safety regulations, and customer service. They train staff for efficiency, quality, and safety, and they supervise the entire team to ensure that they are working together cohesively. Director of Outlets will also respond to customer feedback and ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
