**Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Restaurant and Lounges with a minimum of 4 years of progressive management experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a larger, full-service convention hotel. The ideal candidate will have successfully overseen 3 or more outlets, including in-room dining services. A degree from an accredited university is required, with a degree in Hotel/Hospitality being a plus.
The successful candidate will demonstrate high energy, an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong leadership skills. They should have a proven track record in managing high-volume concepts, be an effective communicator, and excel in providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, they should have the ability to drive profitability and implement innovative food and beverage concepts.

**Qualifications:**
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people
+ 4 years or more of progressive hotel F&B management experience (preferably with Hyatt)
+ Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
+ Proven leadership skills
+ Degree from an Accredited University
+ Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
+ Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in high volume concept, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
+ Clear concise written and verbal communication skills
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
+ Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
+ Experience in implementing new food & beverage concepts
