This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity. **Pay** $140,000- $160,000 **Shift** - Monday-Friday - 8am-5pm **Qualifications** - Master's Degree in social work/mental health/behavioral sciences field preferred. - Minimum 5 years experience in the psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of 3 years in a lead/managerial capacity. - LCSW Required **Job Summary** In this role you will be accountable for leadership and strategic management of the Outpatient Services program. In collaboration with the Medical Director and the clinical staff, this position assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates program philosophy, goals, objectives, and treatment interventions.
