Ensure your team accurately and timely completes clinical treatment programs and activitiesSupervises family and group counseling and develops, implements, and supervises a variety of therapeutic treatment modalities/processesOversees discharge planning to ensure an optimal post hospital transitionResponsible for ensuring that clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory and other standardQualifications:
Master’s Degree in Social Work/Social Services or other relevant Counseling degreeCurrent unencumbered clinical social work or other independent counseling licensure and valid driver’s licenseCPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employmentPrevious experience in inpatient healthcare required. Knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles requiredSalary range: $93,000 - $114,000 per year. We would expect those hired into this job would be paid within this yearly rate, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this yearly rate.
