About the role
The Director, Partner Alliance will be responsible for leading and overseeing our strategic partner relationships within the Computacenter organization. The individual will manage the dedicated Partner Alliance team to strategically create and execute business plans, foster collaboration, and enhance the partner engagement. The role involves build key, executive relationships by driving growth, innovation, and change across the Partner Alliance and strategic partner programs that maximize the value derived from our strategic partnerships.
Salary range: $170-185K OTE
What you'll be doing
Collaborate with business leaders to deliver solutions that align with company objectives and Winning Together values. Manage relationship with our strategic partners and Computacenter to strengthen the brand and drive business growth. Develop and execute strategic plans for overall growth and engagement with Computacenter. Drive change, innovation, and growth across the Dell and Partner Alliance programs. Optimize and create front and back-end commercials and partner-specific initiatives, including rebate programs, MOU creation and partner-specific solutions. Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast strategic changes, and report on key metrics. Point of escalation for complex issues and provide support to internal team members. Review forecasts for opportunities to negotiate additional discounts and create new programs. Serve as a liaison between Dell and Computacenter leadership evangelizing the value of the joint relationship and engagement to drive new business opportunities. Facilitate Internal & External QBR/BPs. Develop, manage, educate and enable a dedicated team that supports and drives key Computacenter initiatives with key manufacturers. Deliver Computacenter value proposition to fundamental, regional partner leaders. Create and drive Computacenter brand within the partner ecosystem. Improve business profitability within assigned partner line(s). Incorporate adjacent relationships when necessary to enhance the target OEM business line. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values. Create GTM and Strategies that expand Computacenter market share.
What you have
5-7+ years’ experience with a technology company in service delivery in the IT industry. Demonstrable experience of working in a challenging environment. Experience of working at a strategic level to enable partners and vendors to increase sales and enhance relationships. Legally eligible to work in the United States. Ability to assess potential growth in partner relationships. Contribute to the organizational vision and strategy, initiate and lead collaborative forums across the organization to achieve strategic goals. Demonstrate understanding of current and emerging market trends, geographic and cultural needs. Ability to develop a strategy to implement lessons learned in future deals. Ability to drive innovation in deal constructs with the business. Strong presentation skills. Able to drive continuous improvement through the creation of new metrics based on current performance.
