About this Role
Belle is looking for a strategic and data-driven Director of Patient Acquisition to drive patient acquisition through an omni-channel approach. This role will lead Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) growth strategies to achieve aggressive acquisition targets while optimizing costs. You will own the development, execution, and measurement of sales initiatives, ensuring seamless enrollment experiences and alignment between Business Development (BD), Operations, and Supply teams. This role is remote.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and execute a DTC growth strategy to drive patient acquisition, targeting.
+ Design and implement rapid, lightweight experiments to identify the most effective acquisition channels, including: Mail & Phone, Field Sales, Email Campaigns, Social Media (Facebook) and Structured Word-of-Mouth (WOM) & Referral Programs.
+ Analyze Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) across channels to optimize efficiency.
+ Develop a strategy to identify the right patients with the right insurance plans while minimizing poor collections risk.
+ Identify and resolve pain points in the patient enrollment journey, collaborating with operations.
+ Act as the key conduit between BD and operations, ensuring smooth handoffs and coordination.
+ Provide real-time geographic forecasts to balance supply and demand.
+ Assess CRM needs and lead implementation if required.
Experience, Skills, & Personality
+ 5+ years of experience in a growth-focused position, Healthcare industry preferred.
+ Prior experience with cold calls, field sales and managing a sales team.
+ Ability to develop and execute effective salesplans.
+ Experience managing customer relationships and leveraging CRM tools for engagement.
+ Ability to track performance metrics and measure sales effectiveness.
