Master’s Degree in Social Work, Music Therapy, or Divinity from an accredited university or college; certified, registered, or licensed in appropriate discipline as required by the state. Minimum five years' experience; minimum two years end-of-life care experience; minimum two years of supervisory or program development experience in end-of-life care. Ability to supervise staff from a variety of psychosocial disciplines including social workers, chaplains, music therapists, volunteer directors, and bereavement coordinators. Required Certifications and Licensures: Must have reliable automobile, valid driver's license and the minimum state required liability auto insurance.
