Description Robert Half is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing on behalf of our client! In this role the ideal candidate will lead strategic digital marketing efforts for a mission-driven digital healthcare platform; additionally, it combines hands-on campaign management with strategic oversight and requires expertise in data-driven marketing and compliance with healthcare privacy standards. Responsibilities: + Lead the development and execution of multi-channel paid user acquisition strategies (Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Reddit, etc.). + Manage relationships with internal teams (creative, BI) and external agencies to ensure successful campaigns. + Optimize attribution models and track performance using tools like Google Analytics and Appsflyer. + Drive A/B/C testing and App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts to maximize engagement and conversions. + Ensure all marketing efforts comply with healthcare regulations, particularly data privacy. Requirements + 8+ years in digital marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in DTC healthcare or SaaS. + Expertise in Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and performance marketing platforms. + Experience managing campaigns on Meta, Instagram, Snapchat, and other key platforms. + Strong data analysis skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
