Are you a Nurse and interested in becoming a Personal Care Home Administrator? Join our team and we will pay for your education/training!!

We are currently seeking a dynamic Director of Personal Care and Resident Services who will be responsible for strategic leadership, program development and implementation, and overall administration of Personal Care Services in accordance with community and resident needs, government regulations, projected industry changes, and WEL policies and procedures.

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications Include:

Previous experience in a leadership role within a senior living or healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of personal care services and regulations.Developing standards of quality, clinical excellence, resident safety, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement for the personal care function.Minimum of 3 years of Personal Care experience along with Point Click Care EMAR medication system and medical records preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care.

Education or Degree Requirement:

LPN and Personal Care Home Administrator

Licenses, Certifications, Registrations:

LPN license required.Personal Care Home Administrator License (WEL will provide and pay for PCHA training)
