Director of Physical Therapy Services
**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** **Position Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Services Director to lead the development, communication, and execution of our rehabilitation objectives across Southern Idaho and Eastern Oregon. This role is pivotal in aligning our strategic and tactical plans with our mission, ensuring that our services reflect our commitment to faith, community, and excellence in care. We strive to provide holistic rehabilitation services that promote healing and well-being for all individuals, guided by our mission to uplift and empower those we serve. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Mission Integration:** Understand, embody, and promote the Organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values in all actions and decisions. + **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans that align with our faith-based mission, ensuring the effective allocation and utilization of resources. + **Performance Management:** Facilitate team performance through effective communication and quality management practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and support. + **Community Engagement:** Build and maintain positive relationships with physicians, administrators, and community partners to enhance service delivery and outreach. + **Operational Oversight:** Oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in healthcare. **Qualifications:** + **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation (PT, OT, SLP); Master’s Degree preferred. + **Licensure:** Current, unencumbered rehabilitation therapist license in Idaho (PT, OT, SLP) with the ability to obtain Oregon licensure within 90 days. + **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience and 5 years of supervisory/management experience. A total of 10 years in a supervisory role within clinical, technical, or business functions is preferred. **Essential Skills:** + Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills. + Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards of care. + Ability to foster a supportive and faith-driven work environment.
