\nA position has been created in the ESS Planning Centre of Excellence team (COE) for an ambitious Supply Chain Professional. You will report to the Planning, CX, Collections and Logistics VP – ESS and not only will you learn from the best, you will have the opportunity to carve out a space for yourself to show your leadership skills and play an instrumental role in the success of the company.
\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the centralized multi-business units’ oversight of Inventory Planning, Supply Planning, Fulfillment/ Delivery, & Customer & Materials Master Data while considering capacity and constraints of manufacturing against the demand forecast to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained. The role will be dedicated to implementing Corp policies and procedures within the Business Units (BU’s) and driving the adoption of Kinaxis for Supply and Inventory Planning.
\nResponsible for setting of the correct levels of inventory within the Supply plan by understanding the demand volatility and supply chain lead times. Specifically, the creation of a safety stock strategy and plan that enables continuity of product availability at the optimal level. This will require you to interpret data, then develop and implement supply plans and strategies accordingly including inventory levels, inventory turns and safety stock levels.
\nResponsible for setting the strategy to maximize delivery/fulfillment activities to our customers to drive the best NPS customer satisfaction score and ensure we accelerate growth with our customers. Also manages the Customer and Materials Master Data teams for the entire ESS business. It’s critical that this role collaborates effectively within ESS but also represents ESS interests back to corporate. This position influences the policies and procedures established for a business model that includes planning and manufacturing in a continuous flow/chemical environment.
\nMust be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage of the product portfolio. Focusing on building a world-class team, utilizing and deploying Lean Six Sigma techniques, driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance Initiatives).
\nJob Responsibilities:
\n\nDrive results for delivery of key metrics including Revenue, OI, and Free Cash Flow. Specifically responsible for delivery net inventory results, including both operational and financial metrics for working capital.\nPartner with the Corp Planning COE to implement World Class Supply and Inventory planning methodologies across Honeywell corporate wide\nServe as the Supply and Inventory Planning Subject Matter Expert, co-developing Supply Chain Academy content and leading regular educational boot camps and online Modules\nContinuously develop and improve Supply and Inventory planning methods to improve business results\nFind standardized leading and lagging indicators across disparate lines of business to improve predictive accuracy.\nImplement standard operating process across all products and functions that seamlessly work together to deliver exceptional service to the field\nCoach and mentor planners to increase their skills and capability in preparation for promotion within Honeywell\nRoutinely presents results within 5 step S&OP process to senior leadership\nMUST HAVE:
\n\nInventory & Supply Planning (5 years minimum)\nExtensive knowledge of Supply Planning, MRP, Inventory Optimization\nAbility to translate statistical data across the end-to-end planning\nHistory of success utilizing multi-echelon inventory optimization\nAdvanced knowledge of SAP/MRP/ERP and Advance Planning tools\nManufacturing environment, specifically Chemicals/Energy\nStrong understanding and use of KPI’s\nKnowledge of Lean Methodology\n\n\n
